These terms describe how the service actually operates today. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and that review is happening before we take bookings from the public.
A test result is not a diagnosis
We collect samples, run tests and give you the numbers, verified and signed off by a qualified pathologist. That is all a lab report is.
It is not a diagnosis, and nothing here is medical advice. Take your report to a doctor, who can read it against your history, symptoms and medication. Do not start, stop or change any treatment based on a result alone.
If you feel seriously unwell, do not wait for a report — seek medical help immediately.
Booking a collection
- You must be 18 or over to book. You may book for family members, including children, and you confirm you are entitled to do so.
- Give us accurate details. A wrong address or mobile number is the most common reason a collection fails, and a wrong age or gender can change how a result is interpreted.
- A slot is confirmed once our team assigns a phlebotomist. Until then it is a request.
- Follow the preparation shown for your test. Fasting tests need real fasting — eating first makes the result meaningless and the visit wasted.
Payment
You pay after the sample is collected, at your door, in cash or by UPI. We take no card details and ask for nothing up front. The price shown when you book is the price you pay — home collection is free and there is no separate visit charge.
Cancelling and rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule any time before the phlebotomist arrives, at no charge, from your bookings or by calling us. Since nothing is paid in advance, there is nothing to refund.
If we cannot reach you, cannot safely access the address, or the preparation for a test was not followed, we may need to reschedule.
Your report
Reports are released only after a qualified pathologist has verified and signed them. Turnaround times shown against each test are typical, not guaranteed — a sample occasionally has to be re-run, and we would rather be late than release a result we do not trust.
Reports are available in your account when signed in. We do not send results by email or message.
Where we collect
Home collection is available in serviced pincodes in Hyderabad. The booking form tells you immediately whether we reach you. We are adding areas as we grow.
Limits
We are responsible for carrying out your test properly and for keeping your data safe as described in our privacy policy. We are not responsible for decisions taken on a result without a doctor, and nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
